So Fresh Student Art Exhibition
Student Art Exhibit Guidelines
·         All currently enrolled studio art students are eligible to submit one artwork from each studio course for exhibit.  Example: Student A is enrolled in Drawing I and 2D Design. Student A is eligible to submit one piece from each class. 
·         All paintings must be dry prior to submission. All charcoal drawings must be sprayed with fixative prior to submission. 
·         Due to limited space, all artworks exceeding 36 x 36 inches must be pre-approved for installation by the gallery director. Larger sculptures may be exhibited in the hallway outside the gallery if necessary.
·         All artworks should be submitted by the instructor of each class.
·         Each artwork should be accompanied by two submission forms (one stays attached to artwork and the extra will be used to make labels)
·         Late submissions will not be accepted.

Submission dates (submission forms are available outside the gallery office F211 or you may print them from the attached doc)
·         Monday, November 17, 9 am – 12 pm and 7 pm for evening class only
·         Tuesday, November 18, 9 am –  12 pm and 2 – 4 pm
All work should be delivered to the gallery - F219C

Exhibition dates
·         November 24 – December 5
·         Reception: Monday, November 24, 12 – 1 pm
